60 Second Cheesecake

This Cheesecake only takes 60 seconds to make and it is ready to eat immediately!

The toddlers love watching the Kitchenaid mix, so they were excited to see this recipe in action and even more excited to get to eat it so soon!

What you need:

  1. One box pudding mix (I used lemon)
  2. One box whipped topping (use light version to save calories)
  3. One package cream cheese (fat free version to save calories)
  4. One pre-made graham cracker crust
  5. Toppings optional (graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, chocolate chips, fruit, coconut, nuts)

What you do:

                          1. Throw first three ingredients into mixing bowl and mix for ten seconds.

2. Pour into crust.

    3.  Clean dishes

 4. Voila! Ready to eat cheesecake!
I topped it with powdered sugar because it's lemon, but if I made a peanut butter cheesecake I would top it with chocolate. :)
