What you need:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 bananas
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
What you Do:
- Cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and bananas
- Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. (I let the toddlers stir dry ingredients)
- Add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla.
- Pour into greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
I want to make this a healthier recipe, by subbing White Wheat Flour, but this was so perfect that I know I won't change a thing.
